Dr. Robin Mackin's career has been characterized by active involvement in diverse educational roles, projects, and innovations aimed at enhancing the medical education journey. Dr. Mackin’s early experiences in medical training, ignited a deep interest in understanding the socialization process within medical education, leading to ongoing initiatives and scholarly work focused on developing strategies for personalized learning experiences that foster both personal and professional success. With expertise in coaching, particularly in facilitating impactful coaching conversations, she is looking forward to developing initiatives aimed to support learner’s success within the LEO.
Dr. Robin Mackin is an assistant professor and a General Pediatrician that works at the Children's Hospital in London. She is in the final stages of a Masters of Health Professions Education from Maastricht University and has obtained the Clinician Educator diploma from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons.
